BEFORE DEPARTURE
1) Invitation letter
Beneficiary must contact local coordinator of partner institution in order to receive a relevant invitation letter for visa application process.
2) 'Wniosek wyjazdowy'
Beneficiary must submit to IRO 'wniosek wyjazdowy' in 2 copies. Form will be individually sent via e-mail by the Erasmus+ Program Administrator.
3) Visa arrangements (if applicable)
Basic rules of entry to partner countries.
Visa fees must be covered by the beneficiary.
Scan of visa must be sent to erasmusplus_world@sggw.pl
4) Insurance arrangements
Beneficiary must be insured for the whole mobility period.
Beneficiary is allowed to choose preferable insurance policy in accordance with visa requirements. It is highly recommended to pay attention to medical support, civil liability and repatriation.
Exemplary insurance providers: Signal Iduna.
Insurance costs must be covered by the beneficiary. Scan of the insurance policy must be sent to erasmusplus_world@sggw.pl
5) Travel arrangements
Erasmus+ covers costs of travel based on travel distance.
Flight/Bus/Train ticket must be purchased by the beneficiary.
Scan of ticket must be sent to erasmusplus_world@sggw.pl. Boarding cards/original tickets must be submitted to the International Relations Office, WULS-SGGW.
Beneficiary is recommended to register travel via Odyseusz portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
6) Accomodation
Relevant guidance on accomodation is provided by local coordinators of partner institution.
